Bogey Bros 6th Anniversary Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The Bogey Bros 6th Anniversary Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Bogey Bros Golf Co. LLC, 27347 W Hardy Road, Suite 305, Spring, Texas 77373 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and its advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations, and is void in Quebec and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on October 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on October 19, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. There are two ways to enter. Both methods have equal chances of winning.
Text entry: During the Entry Period, text the keyword POLO to 1-833-316-0804. By texting POLO, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Sponsor at the number used. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of entry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Opting out of text messages after entering will not affect your entry. Email entry (no text subscription required): During the Entry Period, send an email to hello@bogeybros.co with the subject line "POLO Giveaway" and include your full name, phone number, and state or province of residence. Entering by email does not subscribe you to text messages. Your phone number is collected only to enforce the entry limit and to contact you if you are selected as a potential winner.
Limit: One (1) entry per person and per phone number, regardless of entry method. Only the first eligible entry received from a person will count; any additional entries are void. Sponsor may disqualify all entries from anyone who attempts to enter more than once, uses multiple phone numbers or email addresses, or tampers with the entry process. Entries that are incomplete, late, or generated by automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered texts or emails, or for carrier, network, or technical failures.
Identity of entrant: In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the phone number (text entries) or email address (email entries) used at the time of entry. Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive two (2) women's polos and one (1) golf glove, with designs and sizes chosen by the winner from styles available at bogeybros.co at the time the prize is claimed. Approximate retail value (ARV): up to $179.85 USD. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute items of equal or greater value if a selected item is unavailable. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
Shipping and delivery: Sponsor will ship the prize at its expense to a valid street address in the United States or Canada provided by the confirmed winner, within thirty (30) days after the winner is confirmed. For prizes shipped to Canada, the winner is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
On or about October 24, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by text message, email, or phone call, using the contact information provided at entry, within one (1) week after the Entry Period ends. The potential winner must respond within three (3) days of notification and provide prize selections and a shipping address. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will select no more than two (2) alternate winners; if no eligible winner is confirmed after that, the prize may go unawarded.
Canadian residents: Before being confirmed as the winner, a potential winner who resides in Canada must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor by phone, text, or email.
Sponsor may require the potential winner to sign a declaration of eligibility and release before the prize is awarded.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and state or province of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs its integrity, and in that case may award the prize from eligible entries received before the action was taken.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at bogeybros.co/policies/privacy-policy.
10. Governing Law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the laws of an entrant's province or territory of residence require otherwise.
11. Winner's Name
To request the winner's name, send an email to hello@bogeybros.co with the subject line "POLO Giveaway Winner" by November 17, 2026, or mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Bogey Bros Golf Co. LLC, Attn: POLO Giveaway Winner, 27347 W Hardy Road, Suite 305, Spring, Texas 77373, to be received by that date.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any wireless carrier, email provider, or social media platform.
