What types of apparel do you offer?
We make funny golf polos, hats, q-zips and more. Our accessories are hilarious and you can get deals when buying stuff in bulk. Browse around and let us know what you love!
How do I find the right size for me?
We've got sizing charts on all of our polo and hat pages to help you figure it all out! If you have any doubt, email hello@bogeybros.co and we'll help you out.
Please note that broad shoulders and an “I'm a professional drinker” belly may affect the fit. We DO however offer free exchanges on all domestic orders if it happens to not fit how you would like.
Can I see more pictures of a product before purchasing?

ORDERING PROCESS
How do I place an order?
Simply add the items you want to your cart. To access your cart drawer, click the cart icon at the top-right of the screen. When you're ready to checkout, simply click the 'Checkout' button and complete your order on the next page.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please email us at hello@bogeybros.co and we will gladly assist you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, apple pay, Shop pay, and PayPal. (We do not accept EBT or food stamps as an acceptable method of payment)
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping cost and time depends on where you live. Standard shipping in the US typically is done by USPS and ranges from 4-8 days.
We offer 4 types of expedited shipping that can be selected at checkout
- Free Shipping (USPS est. 4-8 Business Days)
- Priority Fulfilling - Move your order to the front of the line (USPS est. 3-8 Business Days)
- UPS 3 Day (est. Delivery 3-4 business days)
- UPS 2 Day (est. Delivery 2-3 business days)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! International shipping is between 3-4 weeks and the price does not cover taxes and duties.
How can I track my order?
The email you provide at checkout will be where the order confirmation and all subsequent emails will be sent regarding the order.
From the email, you will be able to click a link that will take you to your tracking information on the carriers website.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges for all domestic orders as long as the product has not been washed or worn.
How do I return a product?
We offer free returns and exchanges for USA purchases on any unworn, new items within 30 Days of purchase (Extended to January 31, 2025 for Holidays). Please see below instructions for returns, exchanges, wrong items or damaged items.
*Internal Orders - Customer will be prompted to purchase a return label. At this time, we do not offer pre-paid labels unless we made a mistake on your order.*

FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Follow the steps in the link above
FOR WRONG ITEMS
Step 1: Locate your order and select the item that you should have gotten. Click next.
Step 2: Select "exchange for another product"
Step 3: Type in and find the product that you should have received. Click next.
Step 4: Select the correct size if applicable
Step 5: Select reason as "received wrong item". Click next.
Step 6: Upload a photo of the item you received. Click next.
Step 7: review and confirm
The correct item will be released as soon as your return is scanned by USPS/UPS.
FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
Step 1: Locate your order and select the item that was damaged. Click next.
Step 2: Select "exchange for another product"
Step 3: Type in and find the product that you would like to be sent as a replacement. Click next.
Step 4: Select the correct size if applicable
Step 5: Select reason as "item is damaged". Click next.
Step 6: Upload a photo of the damaged item clearly showing the issue. Click next.
Step 7: review and confirm
Your replacement will be sent out immediately once we review the damage.
Once approved, you will get a prepaid label sent to you via email.
PLEASE NOTE: If you received any free gift items, they must be returned if the order brings you below $200 (free hat) or $250 (free t-shirt). If these items are not returned, the value of the items will be deducted from your refund amount.
Any shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We only offer each print in a different size. The color that you see is the only color scheme available for that design.
You can exchange for a different size within 30 days as long as the product has not been washed or worn.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Yes. You will be prompted to enter a required email address. This will be very helpful when trying to track your order and keeping track of previous orders. (I'm just assuming this creates an account automatically)
How can I reset my account password?

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
How do I apply a promo code to my order?
Promo codes need to be typed or pasted into the ‘Discount Code' box at checkout. This will be just above the ‘Subtotal’ of your order. Sometimes the code will auto apply and you will see the discount already applied. If you have trouble with a discount code, please email customer service at hello@bogeybros.co
Can I use multiple discounts on one order?
Sometimes we allow multiple discounts on one order, depending on the sale. It's worth a try and you can take advantage of discounts and savings by joining our email and SMS club, which allows up to 20% off of orders, including other sales and discounts.
